Anthony (Tony) Joyce
Information Technology Manager

  Mr. Anthony Joyce is an information technology specialist for planning and policy with a major headquarters command of the Department of the Navy.  He is engaged in portfolio management and the development and modernization of information systems with departmental and worldwide reach.  In this role he assists program managers with obtaining all needed approvals and satisfying the business enterprise architecture and enterprise transition planning required for defense business systems.  Mr. Joyce has lead efforts to acquire, maintain and support a variety of technologies, from personal computers, word processors, minicomputers, timeshared services, and intranet and internet web systems, along with engineering, computer-aided design, geographic information software and other business applications. He provided program and technical leadership throughout the acquisition and implementation processes for government wide agency contracts totaling over $550 million.  Throughout his career Mr. Joyce has focused on helping his organization and its customers in efficiently obtaining and effectively using information technologies and services to support their business operations.
